- Corn Cobs 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces

Step 1
Boil 6 corn cobs until cooked, preferably at waxy ripeness, cool them so they can be handled, cut the kernels off the cobs with a knife, add flour, eggs, paprika, salt to taste, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil, use a tablespoon to drop small fritters, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Place the finished fritters on paper towels.
