Ingredients
- Corn Flour for Polenta 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Fermented Milk 1 cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Sausages 10 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and sour milk.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: both types of flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Cut the sausages into portions for each corn dog muffin.
Step 6
In the molds of your choice, distribute the batter, then slightly push the sausage into the batter.
Step 7
