Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Ciabatta 5 oz
- Sweet Corn Sticks 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the onion finely and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the olive oil, and sauté the onion and carrot until soft.
Step 3
Heat the chicken broth in a skillet and pour in the cream.
Step 4
Add the sautéed carrot and onion to the broth, along with the corn. If fresh corn is not available, canned corn can be used. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and blend until smooth. Depending on the desired thickness, additional chicken broth can be added.
Step 5
Cut the ciabatta into sticks and toast in a skillet with olive oil until golden.
