Ingredients

  • Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Almond 0 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
  • Fig 0 oz
  • Jerusalem Artichoke 0 fl oz
  • Grapeseed Oil 2 spoons
  • Water ½ glasses
  • Baking Powder ⅓ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the nuts in a blender or with a knife. Add the flour, raisins, chopped or ground figs, flax seeds, and sesame seeds, syrup or sugar, oil, water, and baking soda or baking powder.

Step 2

Knead the dough.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 4

Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet using a tablespoon, shape it into any form you like, and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Let it cool and serve with ginger tea or milk.
