Ingredients

  • Mini Chocolate Chips 20 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
  • Self-rising flour ¾ cup
  • Candied fruits 5 oz
  • White Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix 2 cups of chocolate chips with butter and melt until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar well. Then add the melted chocolate and vanilla, followed by the flour. Add the chopped ginger and remaining chocolate chips. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies. Break the white chocolate into small pieces and press them on top of the cookies. Bake for about 13 minutes, until the cookies are slightly puffed and dry on top. Cool on the baking sheet.
