Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease the baking sheet with a slice of butter.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and beat again.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Combine the butter mixture and the dry ingredients in one bowl, mixing well until a uniform dough forms.
Step 4
Chop the three types of chocolate into small pieces and fold them into the dough carefully.
Step 5
Drop the dough onto the baking sheet in amounts no larger than 1 tablespoon. Space the cookies about 3 cm apart, as the dough will spread.
Step 6
Bake for no more than 10 minutes. After baking, let them sit on the baking sheet for a minute, then cool on a wire rack.
