- Margarine 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 25 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Cream the softened margarine with the granulated sugar, then gradually add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 2
Next, sift in the flour mixed with baking soda, and quickly knead into a soft, elastic dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out cookies with cookie cutters.
Step 4
Bake on a dry baking sheet for 30-35 minutes at 170-355°F.
