Cookies with M&M’s and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 10 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- M&M's candies 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, mix it with sugar (I prefer powdered sugar), add the eggs and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Mix the baking soda with the flour and add it to the egg mixture, stir well and fold in the candies.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough in small, fairly flat pieces (you can roll it out and shape the cookies as you like beforehand).
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes.
