- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs, and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add the cranberries and the fig, chopped into small pieces.
Step 3
Add the baking powder and flour, and knead the dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper. Form small patties from the dough and place them on the baking sheet. Put in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.
