Cookies with dark chocolate chunks
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz

Step 1
Cream the softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Then add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate into pieces (I divided one square into 4 parts) and add it to the dough, mixing well.
Step 4
Next, add the flour and mix. The dough should be soft and sticky.
Step 5
Shape the cookies (I used a tablespoon, just placing a mound on the baking sheet — pre-grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil) and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes. Do not overbake! The cookies should not brown at the edges.
