Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Candied fruits 5 oz
- Egg white 6 pieces
- Nuts 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar until smooth. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add the egg whites, diced candied fruits, and finely chopped nuts. Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Using a teaspoon, place small portions on a baking sheet, leaving space between them. Allow the dough to spread slightly. After baking for 10-12 minutes at 200-210°C (392-410°F), remove the cookies from the baking sheet with a knife while they are still warm.
