Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Unbleached flour crackers 5 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Cotton Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg. Add the milk and beat again. Add the oil and mix.
Step 2
Gradually add the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, and yeast) in portions, mixing each time until smooth.
Step 3
Add the raisins and nuts. Mix again, achieving uniformity as much as possible (it will require strength and time).
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease the cupcake/muffin molds with oil.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture into the molds, pressing down firmly. It should fill exactly 12 molds.
Step 6
Bake until golden brown.
