- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a mound on the table, make a well in the center, and add the sour cream, egg, sugar, baking soda, salt to taste, and softened oil, then knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 cm and cut out cookies using a round cutter or glass.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a baking sheet, brush them with beaten egg, make several holes in them with a fork to prevent them from puffing up during baking, and bake in a preheated oven for about 10–15 minutes.
