Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2½ cups
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar using a whisk or mixer.

Step 2

Dissolve the baking soda in vinegar and add it to the egg-sugar mixture.

Step 3

Grate the butter/margarine on a grater into a separate bowl.

Step 4

Gradually sift the flour into the butter and mix the ingredients with a spoon.

Step 5

Combine the dry and wet ingredients and knead a stiff dough.

Step 6

For convenience, divide the dough into several parts and place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set up the meat grinder.

Step 8

Take the dough out of the freezer in portions and pass it through the meat grinder, cutting the cookies to the desired size with a knife. Place the cookies immediately on the baking sheet.

Step 9

Bake the cookies at 355°F until done, about 10–15 minutes.
