Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Rum 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Cookie 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the coconut oil over low heat. Beat in the eggs, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa with rum. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
Step 2
Line a rectangular baking dish with foil or parchment paper and spread a layer of the prepared cream on it. Place a layer of cookies on top. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Step 3
Press the dessert and refrigerate for 4 hours.
