  • Egg white 4 pieces
  • Chocolate 5 oz

Step 1

Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix with the butter, and press this mixture into a mold, creating edges about 2–3 cm high. Place in an oven preheated to 355°F and bake for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Whip the egg whites until peaks form, mix with the condensed milk, and combine well. Pour the filling over the cookies and return to the oven for 25–30 minutes, allowing the condensed milk to thicken slightly. Then remove from the oven and let it sit for another 15 minutes so the filling resembles a soufflé, then decorate.
