Step 1

Combine the semolina with the milk and let it soak for 25–30 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk all the ingredients together until you achieve a batter that is not too thick.

Step 3

Then transfer the prepared dough into a greased baking pan.

Step 4

Bake for 30–40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180–390°F.

Step 5

You can determine if it's ready with a toothpick. If you insert a wooden toothpick into the center of the semolina cake and it comes out clean, the cake is done.
