Cold Watermelon Soup with Melon and Fruit Wine
Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice 0 fl oz
- Watermelon 25 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Honey 0 fl oz
- Watermelon ¼ piece
- Cantaloupe ¼ piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, place 720 g of diced watermelon flesh, add wine, cranberry juice, lime juice, sugar, and honey. Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the remaining watermelon flesh into small pieces. Peel both melons and cut into small pieces (you should have 240 g of flesh from each melon).
Step 3
Transfer the watermelon mixture with wine to a blender and puree until smooth. Return to the bowl.
Step 4
Add the chopped melons, remaining watermelon, and mint. Mix and chill.
