  • Beetroot 1 piece
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Radish 5 pieces
  • Eel 1 bunch
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Kefir 15 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the beetroot, cool it down, peel it, and chop half into small cubes. Place in a salad bowl.

Step 2

Chop the cucumber into small cubes and add it to the beetroot.

Step 3

Slice the radish into strips and add it to the vegetables.

Step 4

Tear the lettuce leaves by hand or chop them finely (whichever you prefer), finely chop the dill, add half of the dill along with the lettuce to the previously prepared vegetables and mix.

Step 5

Chop the remaining beetroot coarsely, add kefir, the previously chopped dill, and salt. Blend with a mixer until smooth and vibrant in color.

Step 6

Boil the egg and cool it, then cut it in half.

Step 7

Pour the kefir-beetroot dressing into serving plates, add the mixed and chopped vegetables, and garnish the dish with halved boiled eggs and a sprig of herbs.
