Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 oz
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Roast duck 0 oz
- Radish 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Bread Kvass 10 fl oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the egg and separate the white from the yolk. Mash the yolk and add it to the kvass, then cut the egg white into strips.
Step 2
Add mustard to the kvass and mix well until it is fully incorporated. Refrigerate until serving.
Step 3
Cut all the vegetables into julienne strips. If the cucumber has many seeds, remove them beforehand.
Step 4
Place the thinly sliced duck breast in the center of the plate, and top it with vegetables.
Step 5
Carefully pour the kvass along the edge of the plate to keep the vegetable "plumage" in the center. Serve immediately.
