Cold mango soup puree
Ingredients
- Mango 1 piece
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Honey 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
The mango should be well-ripened. Cut it into small pieces. Add it to a blender along with finely chopped ginger, cream, and honey. Blend well.
Step 2
Before serving, it is best to strain through a coarse sieve, as ginger fibers may remain. However, if you have blended everything well, this step is not necessary. Pour the soup into a bowl, garnish with cinnamon, and optionally, you can add fruits or vanilla ice cream.
