  • Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 15 oz
  • Chocolate 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Crush the gingerbread cookies in a blender and lay down the first layer.

Step 2

Then drizzle with whipped sour cream.

Step 3

Next comes the banana puree (you can slice them thinly, but I blended everything) — this creates a very delicate flavor.

Step 4

Again, pour sour cream over it, and repeat this process several times (at least 3). It's best to make it in any convenient dish with a flat bottom.

Step 5

Sprinkle with chocolate shavings on top and send it to the refrigerator.
