Ingredients
- Cherry 10 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Walnuts 1 piece
- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the pits from the fresh cherries. Place the berries in a blender, add basil, tarragon, garlic, red chili pepper, and blend until smooth, adding drinking water as needed. Season to taste with salt and sugar.
Step 2
Place the soup in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, make sure to stir the soup well.
Step 3
To serve: dice the cucumber into small cubes and chop the walnuts. Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with the cucumber and crushed walnuts.
