Cold Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients
- White bread 3 slices
- Garlic 1 clove
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- TABASCO® to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the crusts off the bread slices. Coarsely chop the garlic. Peel and chop the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and chop the sweet and chili peppers.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the bread, garlic, and vinegar. With the blender running, slowly pour in the oil. Then add the tomatoes, sweet pepper, and chili. Blend everything well until smooth.
Step 3
With the blender still running, slowly add 500 ml of ice-cold water (adjust the thickness of the soup as needed). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
