Cold Gazpacho
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Spiced Tomato Juice 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes, chop the onion and other vegetables.
Step 2
Place the vegetables, onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, juice of half a lime, tomato juice, salt, and pepper into a blender.
Step 3
Blend everything together.
Step 4
Pour into cups, garnish with lime, and refrigerate.
