Ingredients
- Cream Cheese 15 oz
- 10% cream 1½ cups
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 25 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Wash the cucumbers, dry them, and peel the skin.
Step 2
Cut into pieces and blend in a blender.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs, add to the cucumber mixture, squeeze in the garlic, and blend again.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the cheese and cream, add salt, combine with the cucumber mixture, and stir.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
