  • 10% cream 1½ cups
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Cucumbers 25 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Wash the cucumbers, dry them, and peel the skin.

Step 2

Cut into pieces and blend in a blender.

Step 3

Finely chop the herbs, add to the cucumber mixture, squeeze in the garlic, and blend again.

Step 4
