Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Yogurt powder 10 fl oz
  • Cucumbers 30 oz
  • Fresh Mint 5 pieces
  • Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Cream 10 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the cucumbers and chop them. Then, together with the yogurt, garlic, vinegar, and 3 sprigs of mint, place them in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the soup into a clay bowl and stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 3

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped mint.
