Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Rice 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add thinly sliced lemon and tangerine zest to hot water, bring to a boil, and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and dissolve half of the sugar.
Step 2
Introduce the pre-dissolved potato starch into the boiling syrup and bring to a boil. Cool the syrup.
Step 3
Peel the oranges and tangerines, cut the pulp into slices, sprinkle with sugar, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Place the prepared citrus into the syrup. Add lemon juice.
Step 5
Cook the rice.
Step 6
Before serving, distribute the rice into bowls, pour the soup over it, and top with a mixture of sour cream and cream.
