Description

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Sugar 15 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Gelatin 5 oz
  • Cookie 20 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Chocolate 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the gelatin in warm milk. Mix the sugar (including the vanilla sugar) into the sour cream until fully dissolved. Combine in a mold the sour cream, gelatin, crushed cookies (preferably dry, unsweetened, like crackers), rinsed raisins, and roasted peanuts, and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 2

When the mixture thickens slightly, stir well and return to the refrigerator.

Step 3

After 1.5 to 2.5 hours, the mixture should be fully set. Dip the mold in hot water, cut the edges of the mixture with a thin knife, and flip the cake onto a suitably sized plate. Pour melted milk chocolate over the top of the cake.
