Description
You can also add diced boiled potatoes and peeled fresh apples to the beet soup.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Green Butter 0 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Citric Acid to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the beetroot, boil it until cooked in water, adding citric acid, then cool, peel the beetroot, and strain the broth.
Step 2
Shred the beetroot and combine it with the broth, add sugar, chopped boiled egg white, shredded lettuce and onion, as well as finely chopped cucumbers, and dress with sour cream.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle the beet soup with chopped herbs.
