Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Coffee Liqueur 8 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Heavy cream 5 fl oz
- Ground Coffee 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Set aside 1 tablespoon of butter for greasing, and cream the rest with 100 g of sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add the milk.
Step 4
Add 5 tablespoons of coffee liqueur.
Step 5
Sift in the flour and baking powder.
Step 6
Chop the walnuts and fold them into the batter.
Step 7
Grease the baking pan with butter.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the pan.
Step 9
Bake at 390°F until done (approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes).
Step 10
Whip the cream cheese with 50 g of sugar.
Step 11
Add the cream and 3 tablespoons of liqueur and whip again.
Step 12
Add the ground coffee and spread the cream over the cake.
