- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
- Water 15 fl oz

Step 1
Pour the coffee with sweetened condensed milk from the can into a saucepan, dilute it with hot water, stir, and bring to a boil.

Pour the cooled mixture into the ice cream maker, cover it with a lid, surround it with crushed ice mixed with salt (1 kg of salt for every 6-7 kg of ice), pack it tightly, and turn the ice cream maker.
Step 3
During the freezing process, add ice and drain water as needed. Freezing continues for 30-40 minutes. When the ice cream becomes thick, open the container, remove the paddles, cover it with a lid, and let the ice cream sit for an hour to firm up.
