Ingredients

  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 20 oz
  • Bitter 5 oz
  • Instant coffee 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the coffee in 200 ml of hot water. Let it cool.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife, cut the canned pineapple into small pieces.

Step 3

Grate the dark bitter chocolate using a coarse grater. Take wide-mouthed dessert cups. Use a tablespoon to place the ice cream into them. Then pour in the cooled coffee, add the pineapple, and top with whipped cream.

Step 4

Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with grated dark chocolate.
