Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 2 teaspoons
- Water 10 fl oz
- Instant coffee 3 teaspoons
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve instant gelatin in 100 ml of hot milk.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with sugar, place over a water bath, and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Then add the coffee and mix well.
Step 4
Pour in the dissolved gelatin, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 5
Let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 6
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled coffee mixture.
Step 7
Pour into cups or dessert glasses and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight — it will make a great breakfast for the whole family.
