Ingredients
- 10% cream 1 cup
- Ground Coffee 2 teaspoons
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0.3 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the cream into a saucepan, place it on ice or in cold water, and whip until thick foam forms that holds on a spoon.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in 60 ml of strong coffee brewed from 2 teaspoons of natural coffee, and add it to the whipped cream while stirring constantly.
Step 3
After that, pour the cream into molds and chill.
