
Coffee-Chocolate Sauce

Description
This is a great sauce for any desserts and ice cream.
Ingredients
- Unrefined Sugar 10 oz
- Water 20 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans 40 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the sugar into a pan and place it over medium heat. Brush the sides of the pan with cold water using a brush, without stirring the sugar. Repeat until the sugar caramelizes (you may only need a third of the water).
Step 2
Pour in the remaining water and add the coffee beans, cocoa, salt, and chopped chocolate. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Strain through a sieve and cool.
Step 4
Serve cold.
