Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Instant coffee 2 tablespoons
- Gelatin 4 teaspoons
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Cranberry 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the butter with flour and 25 grams of sugar. Add cocoa powder and knead the dough.
Step 2
Place the dough in a baking pan and put it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 20 minutes. Cool the cake layer.
Step 3
Dissolve the gelatin.
Step 4
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of milk.
Step 5
Boil the milk, dissolve the coffee in it, and combine it with the egg mixture.
Step 6
Heat the egg-coffee mixture, stirring constantly. Add gelatin, cranberries, and melted chocolate. Cool the resulting mixture and pour it over the cake layer.
Step 7
Decorate the cake with cranberries.
