Description
For complete happiness, I made a cream from equal amounts of sugar, sour cream, and coffee (using teaspoons for the coffee). You can pour it on top or cut it and layer it.
Ingredients
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Instant coffee 3 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In half a glass of kefir, dissolve 3 teaspoons of instant coffee. Mix 2 eggs and 200 g of sugar while whisking.
Step 2
Add the coffee kefir to the eggs, 100 g of softened butter, 120 g of flour, and 10 g of baking powder. I also added baking soda neutralized with lemon juice with equal success.
Step 3
That's it! Mix everything. Pour it out. Bake.
