Coffee Brownies
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Instant coffee ½ spoons
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Ocean salt ½ spoons
- Vanillin ½ spoons
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour 6 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Grease the pan with butter, dust it with flour, and remove any excess flour.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or microwave, add half of the granulated sugar and the coffee, stir, and set aside.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and the remaining granulated sugar. Add vanilla.
Step 5
Combine the chocolate-butter mixture with the eggs, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Add salt and baking powder.
Step 7
Add the flour one tablespoon at a time until you achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream (the amount of flour may vary depending on the size of the eggs).
Step 8
Transfer the dough into the baking pan.
Step 9
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
Step 10
Cool, slice, dust with cocoa powder, and garnish with a coffee bean.
