Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans ½ cup
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Break the chocolate bar into pieces, place them in a bowl, and melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
Step 2
Pour the coffee beans into the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly to ensure they are completely coated.
Step 3
Lay out foil (or a silicone baking mat) on a tray or board. Using a small spoon or a coffee spoon with a narrow end and a knife, place each bean onto the foil.
Step 4
Grind the coarse salt in a grinder and lightly sprinkle it over the future candies.
Step 5
Allow the chocolate to set in a cool place — 2 hours is sufficient. Use a silicone spatula or your hands to remove the candies from the surface and roll them in sifted cocoa powder.
Step 6
Store in containers or gift tin boxes. Keep in a cool place.
