- Coconut flakes 2 tablespoons

Prepare the ingredients for the pudding.

Pour half of the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Slowly sprinkle the semolina into the boiling milk in a thin stream, stirring immediately with a whisk or spoon to avoid lumps.

Cook the semolina, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.

The consistency should be medium thick. Let it cool slightly.

Add powdered sugar to taste. You can substitute it with honey or any other sweetener.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes.

Whip with a mixer for 5–7 minutes until a uniform fluffy mass is achieved.
