Coconut Panna Cotta (Vegan Version)
Ingredients
- Coconut Liqueur 5 fl oz
- White Beans ½ piece
- Water 0 fl oz
- Agar-Agar 1 teaspoon
- Agave Syrup 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Berries 15 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In warm water, constantly stirring, dissolve the agar-agar, wait until the liquid becomes jelly-like, and immediately add the coconut cream. Stir for another 15 seconds, then add the seeds from the vanilla bean and the agave syrup.
Step 2
Place three to four blueberries at the bottom of muffin molds and pour the creamy mixture over them. Set the molds in a cool place for half an hour until fully thickened.
Step 3
Before serving, remove the panna cotta from the molds, invert onto a plate, and garnish with blueberries.
