Ingredients
- Margarine 1 cup
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 15 oz
- Powdered Sugar 4 cups
- Desiccated coconut 2 cups
- Chopped almonds 2 cups
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Mini Chocolate Chips 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix softened margarine, powdered sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Then add shredded coconut, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until the mixture slightly firms up.
Step 3
Shape small balls the size of walnuts.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly.
Step 5
Coat the candies in chocolate and place them on the baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set.
