Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub a mixing bowl with lemon juice. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Then add vinegar and mix. Gradually add sugar while continuing to whip. Finally, fold in the shredded coconut gently with a spoon.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the meringue onto the sheet. Bake for 90 minutes at 210°F.
