Coconut Curd Casserole
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Ground Oats 0 oz
- Desiccated coconut 0 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Sugar Substitute to taste
- 1% Kefir 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add 3 eggs and kefir to the cottage cheese, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
To the mixture, add the sugar substitute dissolved in warm water, vanillin, baking soda, ground oat groats, and shredded coconut. Mix everything together and pour into a baking dish (if using a silicone mold, no greasing is needed).
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 180–390°F for 40 minutes.
