Coconut Cream 'Raffaello'
Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate together and mix.
Step 2
You can melt them over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Step 3
Then add the condensed milk and mix everything well.
Step 4
Next, add the shredded coconut to the cream and mix well again.
Step 5
Transfer the finished 'Raffaello' cream to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (preferably overnight).
Step 6
If you plan to use this cream to decorate pastries or a cake, you can use it immediately. Allow the decorated pastry to sit and soak in the cream.
