Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Sugar 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut 2 cups
- Vanillin a pinch
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, eggs, sugar, baking soda, and gradually add flour. Pour the mixed dough into a greased baking pan and bake at 170–355°F. Do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes.
Step 2
Bake for 20–25 minutes. For the filling, mix sugar, vanillin, and shredded coconut. Whip the cream separately.
Step 3
Combine the cream and shredded coconut. After the pie has cooled, spread the cream over the pie. You can simply pour the cream with coconut on top.
