Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites with a mixer until peaks form, and while continuing to whip, add the sugar.
Step 2
Mix the flour, shredded coconut, and salt together.
Step 3
Then gently and gradually add the egg whites.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon, drop small balls onto the baking sheet.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the cookies for 15–20 minutes or until they turn a creamy color. Let the cookies cool.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and dip part of the cookies in the chocolate glaze.
