Coconut Cookies with Cardamom
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut 0 oz
- Cardamom ¾ teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
One hour before cooking, take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer, add the egg, and beat again. Add the flour, cardamom, shredded coconut, and baking powder. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 340°F, shape the dough into balls the size of a walnut, and slightly flatten them. Place them on a baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Step 4
Sprinkle the warm cookies with powdered sugar.
