  • Desiccated coconut ¾ cup
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut ¾ cup
  • Condensed Milk 0.3 cups
  • 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix both types of shredded coconut and condensed milk with your hands, then transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, smoothing it out well. Chill for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool slightly, and spread it over the coconut base. Smooth it out and refrigerate for 5-7 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Step 4

Remove the coconut layer from the dish by holding onto the edges of the parchment paper. Cut the layer in half and fold it together with the coconut sides facing each other. Cut into small squares and place on a plate or arrange in paper candy cups. Chill until serving.
